Antiques

I am a sucker for Antiques my hutch is from the 1900's we stole it for $100.00 on facebook market place, after looking it up I now know I could get a few grand for it, Would I ever sell it? Absolutely not. I want that sucker to stay in my family forever.

You're probably like okay... where's this one going?

Welllll... I have been searching for a round table for my dining room that matches the beautiful hutch && I found it (not an antique but still wonderful). But here's the kicker can't have a table without chairs...... You guessed it I got beautiful chairs to go with my stuff that ALSO matched that were from 1920's SAME ERA!! Overly excited. I reupholstered the chairs because the fabric they had on there didn't match the era.

A 1920's art deco set with a table, chairs, && hutch would now cost anywhere from $4,000-$15,000. That's insane because I only paid overall $500 (Granted one piece is not an antique but still)

Reupholstering is super easy with these beauties, 4 screws to take the padded seat out then just pulling the old fabric off. Measure && cut the the new fabric to overlap the bottom, staple it on, && put the screws back in. Easy peasy.
