Shrimpy Shrimp

Everyone knows I'm a sucker for a good taco.

Shrimp Tacos are a super quick dinner or lunch!


Ingredients: for 5 servings

(1 small to medium bag) Shrimp (tails off && de-viened)

(1 Cup) Shredded cheese of your choice

(10 ) Whole wheat 6' tortillas

(1&& 1/2 cups)Cabbage or lettuce

(3 small) Radishes

(1 TBS) Cilantro

(1 TBS) Oil

(1/2 TBS)Cajun seasoning

(1/2 TSP)Paprika

(1/2 TSP)Salt && Pepper



Directions:

1) In a medium skillet place oil, Let it heat until fragrant on medium to high heat.

2) Season Shrimp in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, && pepper. Add shrimp to Skillet.

3) Shred the Cabbage (or lettuce) && finely chop the radishes && cilantro. Place in a bowl off to the side.

4) Heat tortillas for a few minutes in the oven at 400 or a toaster oven.

5) Put together your taco && Enjoy.
