No Bake Cookies

Okay so if you love peanut butter && chocolate I highly suggest making these cookies.

They take about 5 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to cool.

Ingredients:

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup of milk

1 stick of butter

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

3 cups of old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup of smooth peanut butter

1 table spoon of vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Directions:

First) Line a baking sheet or plates with wax paper

Second) Bring the sugar, milk, butter, && cocoa to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally && let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Third) Add the oats, peanut butter, vanilla, && salt. Stir to combine.

Fourth) Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet or plates && let sit for 30 minutes or until hardened to cool at room temperature.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.

Fun fact && Story:

These cookies are something I looked up a long time ago to increase my breast milk supply with Wyatt and we have loved and made them ever since so when I noticed my supply was a little low with Colt I decided to make these and it doubled my supply within a day.

Notice the missing cookie while they are cooling?

So funny story time, I noticed when I was getting ready to put the cookies in the fridge that one was missing (I made these cookies for myself to boost my milk supply)

So I walk out to my husband and say "Did you eat one of my cookies" and he said "Possibly" so then I proceeded to ask him when he would start breastfeeding our child and he came back with "Wait lets see if my supply is in" and squeezes his chest.

I love this man for making me laugh so awful much.

Side note you don't need to be breastfeeding to make these and they wont make you gush out milk if you're not pregnant && they are delicious!!
